Yes I'm 15 and I go to regular 4-year public art school where half the town goes. You know, nothing special. Teachers just give us things to draw and we draw them, then they come back after 4 hours an criticize :> that's it!

I know a few places that offer classes, but you have to pay to sign up and register.
